We collect data that you agree to provide us by e-mails, by saving the information you freely give us by business card, brochure and informative material; we manage your data only to carry out company’s activities. We never buy data from third parties, i.e. companies providing or selling data lists.
Which type of data do we manage?
ABC International srl registers data freely given, such as:
- Personal Data: Name, Surname, Address, Nationality, Region, City, fiscal code, VAT no.
- Phone number: office, headquarter ,mobile , fax, e-mail address.
- Bank data: IBAN, banking/postal data (except credit card numbers).
ABC International srl does not require any type of sensitive data according to the GDPR (art. 9), such as data concerning ethnic origins, political opinions, religion, medical data, genetic data, biometric data, or sexual orientation, as well as any type of data which allow to recognize physically a person.
Why do we use your data?
ABC International srl processes your data exclusively for the management of any services we provide and for any activities strictly related to the execution of the agreed professional services.
Where do we store your data?
Data are processed exclusively in the operational headquarters, through saving devices which are compliant to high security and protection standard.
How long will we manage your data?
ABC International srl will retain personal data the time needed to provide the services you have requested, or up to the prescription period in accordance with the law, in compliance with the rights and with the consequent obligations.
